Hero Launches Xpulse 210 with Powerful Upgrades in 2025

Hero MotoCorp has rolled out the all-new Xpulse 210, a much-anticipated adventure bike that brings major improvements over the older Xpulse 200 4V. It’s designed for both city riders and off-road enthusiasts, offering a fine balance between power, comfort, and modern tech.

More Power with Liquid-Cooled Engine

At the heart of the Xpulse 210 is a 210cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with DOHC technology. This engine, borrowed from the Karizma XMR 210, generates 24.3 BHP at 9,250 rpm and 20.7 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. It’s paired with a six-speed manual gearbox that delivers smoother gear shifts and better control, especially for long-distance and highway rides.

Improved Suspension and Braking for Off-Road Riding

Hero has focused heavily on suspension upgrades in the Xpulse 210. It features a semi-dual cradle frame along with telescopic front forks and a gas-charged mono-shock at the rear. Suspension travel has increased to 210 mm at the front and 205 mm at the rear, making it perfect for off-roading. Braking is handled by double disc brakes, and the bike comes with single-channel ABS. A switchable ABS mode allows riders to disable it when riding off-road.

Modern Design and Technology Features

The Xpulse 210 also looks more refined, thanks to a full-LED lighting system and a 4.2-inch TFT colour instrument cluster. The display supports Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and ride stats. These modern features make it feel like a much more premium offering in its segment, without losing its rugged appeal.

Variants and Price

Hero offers the Xpulse 210 in two variants—Base and Top. The Base version is priced at ₹1.75 lakh, while the Top variant costs ₹1.86 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Given the new features and improvements, these prices make it a strong contender among entry-level adventure bikes in India.

Balanced On-Road and Off-Road Performance

On the road, the Xpulse 210 offers improved highway comfort, though it still feels a bit strained at speeds above 100 km/h. But the real fun begins off-road. With its better suspension, lighter frame, and responsive engine, it handles dirt tracks and uneven terrain with ease. It’s also well-suited for daily city rides, thanks to its nimble handling and refined engine performance.

The Xpulse 210 may not be the ultimate tourer, but it’s certainly one of the best adventure bikes in its price range. It’s ideal for young riders or those looking to explore off-road riding without breaking the bank. Hero has clearly put a lot of thought into making this bike more versatile and capable. With its balanced performance, modern features, and solid pricing, the Xpulse 210 is ready to win hearts in the Indian two-wheeler market.
